Founded in 1905, Thakral Group is one of Singapore’s largest homegrown conglomerates which had its beginnings in a small retail business in Bangkok. In 1936, the Thakral’s enterprising spirit led them to Japan, where they continued to focus on the family’s core business – textiles. Later, the group ventured into several other countries, including Singapore and China in the 1950s and 1960s. At a time when the strategy of regionalization was still at the planning stage for most companies, the Thakral family had already made inroads into foreign lands, which led the way for the Group’s growth and diversification.

FACILITY

TGF has a large and modern warehouse spread over an area of 30,000 square meter. The built-up area is 18000 square meter and the warehouse is capable of storing Break bulk. Rack and Project cargo.

The warehouse has a capacity to accommodate 15,000 pallet positions at any given point in time.

The warehouse has a state of the art CCTV surveillance system and also 24×7 physical security.
